Rule #61
If you have called out a name more than once before that person has had a chance to respond or hear their name, the respondent need only reply once.
Please remember Rules #29 and #31.
Under certain circumstances refer to Rule #89.
If a participant is attempting a name exchange with you and you do not hear your name, it is up to the individual to capture your attention while abiding by Rule #31.
